ANC: Agent Names Commission

YOU as the agent are able to name your commission paid by Klamen Real Estate at closing. The process is as follows: your commission will be included on our closing statement and paid out by Klamen Real Estate. You as the agent are able to NAME YOUR COMMISSION. So long as we can make the numbers work, we will do the deal and are happy to pay you a commission above industry standard.

Klamen Real Estate will pay a flat fee of $2500.00 to you, the agent at acquisition But wait there is more: We will also give you 12.5% stake in the property. What does that mean? After we buy, rehab and resell the property we pay out a 12.5% partner share fee to you. Meaning whatever the profit is after the deal is settled you will receive 12.5% of that profit. You put no money in the deal and therefore assume no risk to you if the deal goes bad and Klamen Real Estate loses money.

Highest profit potential! We will also give you 25% stake in the property. What does that mean? After we buy, rehab and resell the property we pay out a 25% partner share fee to you. Common Questions Agents Ask

1. How do I (agent) protect my interest with you and make sure I get paid?

a. To protect our lead generators, both you and Klamen Real Estate will sign a form agreement to ensure protection and payment. For commission based deals, we will sign a commission agreement with you at the time of contract.

2. What do I have to disclose to my client (the seller)?

a. ANC: We recommend you inform your client in writing that the buyer (Klamen Real Estate) will be paying you a commission at closing.

b. Commission Plus: We recommend informing your client of the commission you are receiving from Klamen Real Estate as well as your status of participation in the project during upside.

c. Partnership Plus: We recommend informing your client that Klamen is “taking care” of you and your participation in the resale.

3. Will I be signing a buyer’s agency agreement?

a. Klamen will pay commission through a commission agreement but don't need to be represented to avoid dual agency.

4. How do I know Klamen Real Estate is a good buyer?
